Long exposure at dawn with a neutral density filter and a tripod buffeted by the wind.
I liked this building... I took dozens of pictures of it... but your shot is definitely better than all mine...

That's a really wonderful photo Twodot!....my own inspiration for these type of photos is Michael Kenna, the fine art photographer, who was born a few miles away from where I live in the north of England. I am constantly in awe and admiration of his photographs.
